Try to ask yourself whether you are happy and if you want to change something in your life? Try to meditate on this issue. If you have too much on your plate, just stop and think what you can change and with whom you can share your household duties. If something prevents you from the state of happiness – do all your best to correct it to a dot.
Just recall how many unpleasant moments you have several years ago, how many insults and troubles were on your path, that upset you and now you consider them being not more than mere pittances. You should have such situation today too, am I right? Maybe now it is high time to forgive everyone and let all go away from you, what do you think?
I will repeat that we are the only decisive factor on how to treat the situation (negative perception, negative thoughts etc.). Things happened to our lives, it all should go away in the past. We can not change situation that had happened. We need to think only about the future and keep in mind that we can damage it with our negative thoughts.
We always should understand and bear in mind that our present-day thoughts make our future. Thoughts are things. So let us think positively and attract positive, happy situations and nice people in our lives!
