How often do you think about your health and taking care of it in a good way? By taking care I mean sleep enough, protect the nervous system from stress, eat properly in order to avoid excessive weight, which can cause many diseases. From my own experience I can say that I used to pay attention to it extremely rare. The rhythm of life brings changes into me health.
But remember it is worth doing. You MUST be safe and sound! Use the idea of mental literacy and a thinking technique called Mind Mapping, earlier used by Leonardo da Vinci and then popularized by Anthony “Tony” Peter Buzan, English author and educational consultant.
This technique has a lot of advantages and helps to understand in details difficult life or business situations and find solutions.
Mind map starts from the central point. In our case it is health. Write this word in the center. Then make 3-7 branches from the center and create pictures or write everything you want for instance Leisure, Stress, Physical training, Nutrition etc. Then to every branch write your associations. For instance: Leisure – sleep, communication, walking, travelling. Stress: Work schedule, quarrel with the family, apartment cleaning.
Just think how useful this map will be for you and how it will be productive in problems solving. Your brain will be stimulated to absorb only useful information necessary for managing important issues.
Analyze your working schedule, listen to your organism and body and be safe and sound!
